About SEECE 2025

2025 International Symposium on Electrical, Electronic, and Control Engineering

  • Electrical engineering is an engineering discipline concerned with the study, design, and application of equipment, devices, and systems which use electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Electrical engineering is divided into a wide range of different fields, including computer engineering, systems engineering, power engineering, telecommunications, radio-frequency engineering, signal processing, instrumentation, photovoltaic cells, electronics, and optics and photonics. Many of these disciplines overlap with other engineering branches, spanning a huge number of specializations including hardware engineering, power electronics, electromagnetics and waves, microwave engineering, nanotechnology, electrochemistry, renewable energies, mechatronics/control, and electrical materials science. Electronic engineering is a sub-discipline of electrical engineering. Control engineering or control systems engineering is an engineering discipline that deals with control systems, applying control theory to design equipment and systems with desired behaviors in control environments. The discipline of controls overlaps and is usually taught along with electrical engineering, chemical engineering and mechanical engineering at many institutions around the world.

2025 International Symposium on Electrical, Electronic, and Control Engineering (SEECE 2025) will be held from July 25th to 26th, 2025 in Shanghai, China. It is sponsored by The International Society for Applied Computing (ISAC). The main objective is to create an effective platform for researchers, and technical experts (including Power flow analysis, Renewable energy integration, Microgrid, Power converters, Electric vehicle charging, Control theory, and Wireless communication, ect.) to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of electrical, electronic, and control engineering. Another goal is to promote the transformation of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. It will be an excellent opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publications in the conference proceedings.

All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

pay attention to

notes for paper submission

*Authors are invited to submit original full papers prepared in the prescribed format of at least 6 pages. Authors can include up to 4 additional pages at a cost of $40 per page. Electronic submission in PDF format is required.
*The papers should be written in English and clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords.
*After receiving, the full paper submissions will go through a blind review process to check for originality, scientific quality, fitness/significance, novelty, completeness, consistency, and presentation.
*The papers should be original work of the author(s), and no portion of the paper (including, but not limited to, graphics and figures) has been previously published. The paper is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Further information about paper submission can be found on CALL FOR PAPERS webpage.

pay attention to

paper review process

*The submitted full papers will go through a thorough double blind peer review process. Initial submissions with a high similarity index will be rejected without review. For papers that are accepted for review, Program Committee (PC) members will be matched to submissions based on research expertise and interest. The papers will be evaluated by at least TWO independent qualified reviewers and the whole review process will take around ONE month.
*Authors will be provided with a brief time window to address the initial review comments. The revised manuscripts submitted by the authors will then be taken into account in the final recommendations, and reviews may be changed accordingly. The final decisions on whether to accept or reject a paper for publication and presentation will be made by the Program Chairs.
*In double-anonymous mode, neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identity. This way of review model ensures that the reviewers can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the papers.
