About SEECE 2025

2025 International Symposium on Electrical, Electronic, and Control Engineering

  • The innovations and advancements in the field of science and technology have brought a tremendous shift in the field of engineering. Electrical, electronic and control engineering are some of the major engineering disciplines that have developed at a rapid pace. Electrical and electronics engineering, the branch of engineering concerned with the practical applications of electricity in all its forms, including those of the field of electronics. Electrical engineering is an engineering discipline concerned with the study, design, and application of equipment, devices, and systems that use electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Electronic engineering is a sub-discipline of electrical engineering that emerged in the early 20th century and is distinguished by the additional use of active components such as semiconductor devices to amplify and control electric current flow. Control engineering, also known as control systems engineering, is an engineering discipline that deals with control systems, applying control theory to design equipment and systems with desired behaviors in control environments.

2025 International Symposium on Electrical, Electronic, and Control Engineering (SEECE 2025) will be held from July 25th to 26th, 2025 in Shanghai, China. The main objective is to create an effective platform for researchers, and technical experts to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of electrical, electronic, and control engineering. Another goal is to promote the transformation of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. It will be an excellent opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publications in the conference proceedings.

All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

pay attention to

notes for paper submission

*Authors are invited to submit original full papers prepared in the prescribed format of at least 5-6 pages. Authors can include up to 4 additional pages at a cost of $40 per page. Electronic submission in PDF format is required.
*The papers should be written in English and clearly state the title, objective, method, results, and conclusion with major keywords.
*After receiving, the full paper submissions will go through a blind review process to check for originality, scientific quality, fitness/significance, novelty, completeness, consistency, and presentation.
*The papers should be original work of the author(s), and no portion of the paper (including, but not limited to, graphics and figures) has been previously published. The paper is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Further information about paper submission can be found on CALL FOR PAPERS webpage.

pay attention to

paper review process

*The submitted full papers will go through a thorough double blind peer review process. Initial submissions with a high similarity index will be rejected without review. For papers that are accepted for review, Program Committee (PC) members will be matched to submissions based on research expertise and interest. The papers will be evaluated by at least TWO independent qualified reviewers and the whole review process will take around ONE month.
*Authors will be provided with a brief time window to address the initial review comments. The revised manuscripts submitted by the authors will then be taken into account in the final recommendations, and reviews may be changed accordingly. The final decisions on whether to accept or reject a paper for publication and presentation will be made by the Program Chairs.
*In double-anonymous mode, neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identity. This way of review model ensures that the reviewers can give an honest and impartial evaluation of the papers.
